Our Story

We Don't Shortcut
the Wok

Kung Fu Kitchen started with a simple idea: if you're going to serve Chinese comfort food in Garden City, do it the way your grandmother would have approved — fresh ingredients, real technique, and no shortcuts.

Our noodles are pulled by hand every shift. Our dim sum is folded in-house each morning. Our broths simmer for hours. We're not the fastest counter in Roosevelt Field, but we've never been the kind of place that rushes a bowl out before it's ready.

Whether you're grabbing a quick bowl of dan dan on your lunch break or settling in for a family dim sum spread on the weekend, we treat every seat the same.
